HawkSaw PhotoDesigns guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. If a return is necessary you have 30 days to return your item. Please contact us by phone or email before returning an item. Return shipping cost is your responsibility unless we sent you the wrong item. The item must be in the original packing material. If you are requesting a refund a credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned item(s). If you paid by check or money order we will refund you with a company check after seven day of receiving the returned items. Credit can take up to two billing cycles to show up on your credit card.
Shipping and Handling:
At this time we ship all our items by United States Postal Service. We will ship your ordered items out within 24-48 business hours after receiving your order. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. Our business is located in a rural area and we do not have access to mail items on Saturdays. We do ship outside of the United States. Please email or call for shipping costs outside of the United States prior to placing your order. Shipping costs will be adjusted to your order on our end.
